Working Hours, Overtime & Night Shifts
- Standard Daytime Hours: 44 hours per week (8 hours/day over 5 days + 4 hours on Saturday, computed as 48 hours for pay purposes).
- Night Shift (18:00–06:00): 36 hours per week (6 hours/day).
- Overtime: Minimum 150% (1.5× base wage) for daytime overtime; 200% (double time) on rest days and public holidays.
Annual Leave, Public Holidays & Maternity Protections
- Annual Paid Vacation: Minimum 15 working days after 150 days of continuous service.
- Public Holidays: 11 official national public holidays.
- Maternity Leave: 84 calendar days (12 weeks) (30 days prenatal + 54 days postnatal) paid at 100% via IGSS social security. Strict dismissal protection applies.
- Paternity Leave: 2 paid days upon childbirth.

Mandatory 13th & 14th Salaries
- Aguinaldo (13th Month): 1 month's salary paid in December (or 50% in December and 50% in January).
