- Standard Hours: 40 to 48 hours per week (8 hours/day over 5 or 6 days).
- Overtime Surcharges: 120% (20% premium) for first 4 hours; 130% for next 4 hours; 150% for night overtime; 200% (double time) on rest days and public holidays.
Annual Leave, Public Holidays & Maternity Protections
- Annual Paid Vacation: Minimum 30 calendar days (2.5 days per month worked) per continuous year of service.
- Public Holidays: 12 official national public holidays.
- Maternity Leave: 14 consecutive weeks (6 weeks prenatal + 8 weeks postnatal) paid at 100% via CNSS social security and employer top-ups.
